Kapalua Resort & Ritz Carlton

This and the following galleries contain pictures of Almasa's and my trip to Maui in September of 2005. The trip is very special, since it provided the backdrop for our official engagement, even though the original motivation for going to Maui was me attending the joing DNP/JPS Division of Nuclear Physics fall meeting.

The Ritz Carlton Kapalua was the venue of the joint APS/JPS Division of Nuclear Physics Fall Meeting. Kapalua is a gorgeous resort, even though it's weather is not as sunny and dry as e.g. Wailea and it's a long ride from the airport. The Ritz Carlton was great - just see for yourself...
